§ 362.56. Applicability.

This article shall apply to and be effective within:

(1)

All unincorporated areas of the county;

(2)

The corporate limits of all municipalities that receive first response fire services through a contractual service agreement with the county for fire protection services; and

(3)

The corporate limits of any municipality receiving first response fire services as outlined in section 362.56(2), to the extent that this article does not conflict with any municipal ordinance covering the subject matter, activity, or conduct regulated herein.
